Daily, we provide care to approximately 500 veterans, their spouses, and Gold-Star parents in our five homes across Tennessee. Each home has a dedicated Activities Team that works hard to cultivate a variety of programs for our residents to enjoy. Residents can choose from a robust schedule of daily activities that includes music programs, fitness classes, animal therapy, arts and crafts, and much more. The generosity of individuals and organizations helps us to provide additional activities and programs to improve the health and enjoyment of our residents, both within the facilities and outside in our communities.

Ways
to Support
TSVH
Online
Consider making a gift online by simply selecting the home of your choice and making a donation to honor a loved one or giving a gift in memory of someone. You will also have the option to set up a reoccurring monthly gift to support the Resident Activities Funds. All gifts will be processed online via PayPal and an email acknowledgment will be sent that you can use for your tax records.

Checks & Cash
To make a donation via cash or check, please complete our Cash & Check Donation Form and include it with your gift. Donations can be dropped off at the front desk at any of our homes, or mailed to:

Gifts In-Kind (Non-Monetary)
Charitable Bequests
Bequests are gifts that are made as part of a will or trust. This can include cash, stocks and bonds, personal property, business interests, etc. While a bequest can be an excellent way to make a meaningful gift to the Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes, we recommend you contact your attorney and/or financial professional to address your specific situation. View our Charitable Giving Brochure for more info.

In Lieu of Flowers
Restricting Your Gift
When making a donation online, by mail, or in person, you also have the option to direct your gift to a particular home, department, or program. Your gift can be restricted by using our Cash & Check Donation Form, indicating the restriction on the memo line of your check, or by including a letter with your donation.
Individual or Group In-Person Involvement
Our residents always love visitors! If you or a group you’re involved with would like to visit for a special occasion or just to brighten the day of both residents and staff, please email info@tsvh.org. Provide the name of the group, which TSVH home, what your visit would entail, and best means of contact, we will get your request to the appropriate Activities Department.

Thank you for giving back to the veterans who bravely served and sacrificed for our freedoms!
