Hiring Begins for New Veterans Home in Cleveland Tennessee

Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes Board hires for key positions ahead of facility opening

CLEVELAND– Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes Board (TSVHB) today announced that it has begun the hiring process for the new Bradley County Veterans’ Home in Cleveland, Tennessee. The positions currently being filled will play a vital role in preparing the facility for opening. While an official opening date has not been announced, the home is anticipated to be operational this summer.

“We are thrilled that we are able to begin hiring talented team members to care for our future residents,” said Ed Harries, Executive Director of the Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes. “Our veterans have served our country with honor and distinction, and we have a commitment to provide them with the highest quality of care. I am confident our new team members will share the same sentiment and take pride in serving our residents.”

Full-time employees of the Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes receive a competitive state benefits package with a 100% employer-paid pension. This state retirement plan will ensure full-time employees are vested after 5 years of service.
