JOB DESCRIPTION

Registered nurse will supervise and assess resident care needs and implement appropriate action. Implement nursing policies and procedures. Supervise staffing for the nursing department and supervise the quality of nursing care provided to residents. Will be responsible for implementing nursing policies and procedures, supervise nursing care provided to residents by staff, and assure adequate staffing to provide nursing care.

QUALIFICATIONS Current and active RN license in the state of TN 2-3 years of long term care experience in management preferably as a house supervisor
