  7. Sick Leave/Extended Disability - In addition to paid time off (PTO), employees also accumulate an extended disability benefit (EDB). This program is designed to provide long term employees with paid time off in the event of serious illness.
  8. Employee Assistance - We offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide free, confidential professional counseling for situational difficulties.
